All Mara Grace jewellery orders will be despatched gift wrapped in tissue and a gift bag included, all handbags and evening bags will be wrapped in tissue, all items will be suitably padded for posting.
All orders are sent via recorded delivery and will require a signature. For urgent deliveries we can do next day special delivery at a cost of £5.45.

Mara Grace believes in 100% customer satisfaction, if you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us and return the item in its original packaging, undamaged within 14 days and when we have received the item back we will give you a full refund, please note that we are not responsible for the postage costs. Due to hygiene laws earrings are non refundable.
Please note that any direct contact with perfumes, hairspray and chemical jewellery cleaners may affect the jewellery and will render the guarantee invalid. The guarantee will not cover goods that have been wilfully damaged or treated inappropriately.
